Not very good if you ask me, always try to go for a custom water cooling setup from Danger Den or Overcool.

Can I get a Lian-Li and put watercooling without modding the case...or any case for that matter, can I put watercooling in an optimal setup without cutting holes...etc.

Well you could go completely external and you would only need to pass the tubing through an expansion slot.

I took wire-cutters to a fan grill, just cut it apart to run pipe through. In most cases the ragged edges would pose a threat to soft plastic pipe - but I use a very thick braid-reenforced hosepipe for that part.
