Default Well this cause a leak

Well this cause a leak in fitting number 1 water is reaching to the clamps on some of my fittings well that lead to a leak?? it stops rite there but idk if its suppose to stop there!! most of my fitting the watter stop rite at the tip as you see in the picture"fitting number 2".. is safe for the water to stop rite before the clamps?? shouldn't the water stop rite at the tip just like "the picture on fitting number 2

See attached. I prefer to use the clamp to augment the barb's increased diameter. That's where the barb is supposed to squeeze against the tube to keep the water out, so clamping there squeezes them together even tighter, so it works better.

Not usually but sometimes, all depends on the barb itself and which block you're screwing it into.

I always clamp my barbs immediately after the indentation to cause a sort of compression fitting effect.

GTZ blcok but i see my o ring on my bits power Chipset block i just noticed it after 8 mouths

It's okay for the O-ring to be visible in some circumstances. As long as it's placed the way it is on that picture, and your barbs are reasonably tight (don't overtighten, but use a wrench instead of just your fingers), it'll do its job. It should be squeezed between your block and your barb. Ideally, your water doesn't really get into your threads much, and the O-ring is just there as a guarantee that it won't leak.
