Question One more question before order rad and fans.

I'm decided to go with a Magicool 480mm rad.
Would ULTRA KAZE 120mm Case Fan 1000rpm fans be good for ultra quiet wc system.

Specifications:
Fan Size: 120mm x 120mm x 38mm
Speed: 1000 RPM
Airflow: 44.44 CFM
Noise: 19.81 dBA

It's about static pressure, dude, not CFM. An Ultra Kaze 1000 at full speed is fine, and it's something of a myth that Ultra Kazes have poor static pressure.

pressure doesnt come without CFM.... if you pick a fan with good pressure, you automatically have good CFM.

Right but there's a difference between arguing that you need to spam CFM through the rad (equates to suggesting a Slipstream or similar) and suggesting a fan known for good pressure as well as decent CFM. Those numbers mean nothing if you can't get that amount of air between the fins. That's why GentleTyphoons and S-Flexes are as popular as they are, excellent pressure for their thickness at very reasonable noise and CFM levels (which are very accurately rated).

you are wrong on that. I was going by the size of his rad he needs a med or high speed fans.
which is 64-84 cfm

I remember suggestion him yate loons or panaflos for his rad

So how about ULTRA KAZE 120mm Case Fan 2000rpm fans?
Specifications:
Fan Size: 120mm x 120mm x 38mm
Speed: 2000 RPM
Airflow: 87.63 CFM

CFM =/= static pressure. I don't know how else to say it. You need both, that's just what you said. You don't need to bulldoze the radiator with CFM (or even pressure) to keep things cool, that's what I'm trying to say here. I don't see how the physical size of the rad affects what fan you need, only the amount of fans needed; it more depends on the fins per inch. Yate Loons and Panaflos are good, too, but a full-speed 1000 RPM Ultra Kaze is just fine.
