and again will there be gunk if i use a little car coolant like the gunk of the WC coolant?

I'm quite sure they are just nickel plated. And frankly, having nickel in your loop is similar to having aluminium. Granted, it doesn't corrode as fast, but galvanic corrosion still occurs with nickel and copper. Pure brass fittings are the best, but I've never seen a pure brass compression fitting. Only plated.
