alright so my whole case is filled with blue lights...so if i were to go with the theme i would have to get uv blue tubing and uv green coils...but i dunno, would uv orange with uv yellow coils work? only two tubes are seen the inlet and outlet of the cpu block, everything else is hidden in the case.

Please give us more info.. Is your case painted inside? Do you have any LED fans or colours inside?

hmmm .. Black interior.. Blue led fans.. mobo based on black and blue.. and 2 5870 that shows the upper side that is red.
Difficult choice mate. My opinion .. forget the green coils.. totally irrelevant with others colours inside. Use some active uv blue tubing.. and red or orange coils. I would suggest for black coils but the CF setup that you have is something that deserve a rise from the picture. All that with active uv clear or blue fluid (maybe this)

i use Feser Blue UV tubing and like it alot, check out my setup to see what kind of blue to expect with just using distilled water. i would go with the blue tubing/black coils FTW. this way you'll still be able to see the water moving through the tubing, which u wont see with black tubing.
