With that said, if by the grace of god your comp boots up in some hours, you need to turn if off again, and unseat the cpu water block and chipset water block and re-run the leak test for the rest of the day with those water blocks unseated to see if water is leaking out the bottom of them.
without the CPU connected, i'm gonna let both these loops run. i have tissues placed under and around every fitting, so i'll know if it leaks. i'm gonna watch it for a few minutes...

EDIT: and i'll update u 2mrw morning. lol.

Lift the blocks off the board. You know there is a leak so you should not be taking chances in causing further leak damage to your board. Cover the entire area with paper towers and rest the blocks on them, and then continue to leak test.

It defiantly sounds like a leak. It doesn't matter if you check it for 2 years it could always spring a leak somewhere.

try to test each stick of RAM (individually test them w/o the others)

same situation as yours when I first got my computer.. turns out one of the two sticks of RAM I was using was defective.

good luck!

There may not be any leaks at the fittings, as you claim, but there could be leaks at the block seals. Like he said, remove any blocks completely from the board, and leak test that way and check around the block seals for leaks.

You definitely have a leak somewhere. You need to find it and correct it. Do not take any chances. Just because you haven't blown anything up YET doesn't mean it won't in the future if you keep running it.

This. I also wonder if it is possible the OP caused one of the rams to become partially unseated when poking around inside his case with the wc gear. I think he should check to be sure his ram is properly seated.

An unseated ram stick will not cause a power supply to flicker, it will just cause the motherboard not to post. Its 99.9% a leak issue.

Well you do realize that if you looked through the rest of the thread, we have already discovered the grounding issue. The power supply starts up just fine until its plugged into the 8 pin processor power. This has nothing to do with holding a power button wrong.. Your method is going to get him to fry the crap out his board by forcing it to run while there is a leak.
