Graphics card is fine, already tested that, and most of the time the motherboard will be fine after the leak drys out, depending how bad the leak is. There was no visible water so the leak is happening either under the chipset block or under the processor block.

i leaktested my loops outside of my system with distilled water for a day before i installed it in.

You definitely have a leak somewhere. You need to find it and correct it. Do not take any chances. Just because you haven't blown anything up YET doesn't mean it won't in the future if you keep running it.
I removed the CPU-waterblock and the MOSFET-waterblock. no sign of any hidden leak whatsoever.

I'm OCD about my RAM. I always check to see if it's seated right.

same situation as yours when I first got my computer.. turns out one of the two sticks of RAM I was using was defective.

good luck!
I did this, to no avail.

If the same thing is happening with a new power supply, your motherboard may be permantly shorted out. Air cooling won't fix this. You may have to RMA the board and try again after. Can you pust an up-close picture of that area of the motherboard?

I was having a problem similiar to this. It was caused by the stand-offs for my waterblock. They dug into the mobo and caused a short, removing the loop entirely and inspecting everything led me to this. That's why I suggest air-cooling. Go back to the way you had it before. If it works it's obviously something you did wrong while installing the water loop. It's a sure thing method and won't leave you guessing.

Its a possibility, but the issue with that theory is that he was booted up and had it working before. The problem arised after he installed his drivers and went for a restart. When you usually have a problem of a block being to tightly mounted, the computer won't even boot once, or normally it will boot, but it just won't post. So either a blocked tightened itself during the restart, or something leaked out or the motherboard period is just going bad.

This happened to mine after my loop leaked. Left it overnight and it worked. Hope you can get it figured out.
