Default PC ran once. wont start up again.

So i just ran my computer after leaktesting, and it booted into windows, detected my new GPU and asked me to restart after reinstalling drivers. The PC shutdown instead, and it wont come back on now. When i hit the power button, the fans jerk a little and then nothing.

Are you absolutely positive there is no leaking? Kinda sounds like power supply is detecting water some where so its immediately turning off again. I don't know how long you leak tested but leaks can spring up at any time within 72 hours. Examine all your connections and pump to check for any water.

Bad PSU maybe? Start removing stuff to see if it helps.. remove 2 sticks of ram (you got 3) and the video card, then try booting up.

You did install standoffs under the board right??

since your power supply is modular, did you double check to make sure they are all plugged in nice and tight?
Also make sure none of your case power pins have slipped off from the motherboard (the small blue/white and red/white wires)

And its most likely not the power supply. This symptom is really common with a leak problem. Try disconnecting your graphics card from the power supply and see if it boots. If it does, chances are something has leaked onto your card that is causing it to short out.
