Well, currently, the best block and pump out are the STORM G4 and the DangerDen D5. Here are links to both:
Waterblock: http://xoxide.com/swiftech-storm-water-block.html
Pump: http://dangerdenstore.com/product.ph...5&cat=0&page=1
As to tubing, 1/2" Inner Diameter, referred to by most as ID, is what you'll be using. Get it with a thick sidewall (difference between inner and outer diameter), usually Tygon tubing is the best. As for a radiator, a '77 Bonneville heatercore without A/C offers purely the best performance, although not in looks. I can suggest if you buy one to tape off the fins, and take a can of black spraypaint to it. That's about it, if you need more help or clarification, feel free to ask. Also, take a look at this! Hot off the press, it should help you get it together: http://www.overclock.net/water-cooling/60145-assembling-your-custom-watercooling-setup.html

Hmm..As to a VGA cooler, one of these will work: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...455167&CatId=0
That's the best one out there, you are going to need to cool your memory on the card though, so buy some RAMsinks like these: http://www.frozencpu.com/vid-54.html?id=atwmNtMF

Yeah, I hear you. There really isn't any "all-in-one" site that you can order from. I understand, it's a lot of shuffling papers, but at least you're going to get the stuff soon. www.dangerdenstore.com has the GPU block and the Pump, but the GPU block is marked up a bit. Make sure you choose 1/2 ID fittings for the GPU block should you choose to order from them. Other than that, for the Storm, you need to shop around, nobody currently has them in stock.
