Default Dumb question re: open loops an bleeding

Probably a stupid question here: When I get my open loop completed (early next week) will I need to bleed it?

yes, you can bleed it while leek testing. Just lightly rock your case back and forth to get the air out of the radiator and pump. Keep the reservoir cap off of course to let the air out.

Edit:

oops, Open loop? Where is is open?

It's an evap cooler, thats how its open.

To answer your Q, no you don't have to bleed it. Make sure your loop is pump->blocks->bong or volenti cooler, whatever you have setup as your cooling device to replace the radiator. It will empty every time you turn the PC off which is a cool effect, and will fill back up immediately when you start it. Make sure you leak test and you're good to go
