so after some comments from some people i have been told that i will not be able to fit the CPU heatsink in the cosmos so what would be the cheap but effective water loop that i could do for the i7

Dont go the SLi mode. Go for the single fastest card you can afford. It will usually beat any SLi mode setup you can make of comparable price.
