Default Best CPU block for 1366?

Is the Heat Killer 3.0 the best CPU block for 1366? where should I buy it? Do I have to buy the back plate or does it come with one?

The Heat killer is one of the best and you will need to get the back plate. It's a separate item. Also check out the Swiftech XT I've heard it beats the HK3.0

Don't get the XT. I would wait until I see HESmelaugh's review of it. Don't really trust swiftech's tests or vapors at xs right now.
