Default Therm Big Water any good?

Okay, so I've been looking at buying a Mudgen 2 and a new thing for turning my 3 free bay drives into an intake with a 120mm fan there.

I was Googling around and saw this: Big Water for 100 bucks. I know it's cheap for a reason....

So here are my questions if you guys don't mind:

#1 Would this kit (with better tubing of course) and 2 of the best 120mm fans for wc'ing in a p/p configuration on the rad along with some good coolant, outperform the Mudgen 2 you think?

#2 Has anyone used a wc'ing kit in a mid-tower case..?

My rig needs upgrades all around even for my basic needs (monitor, gpu soon, psu eventually) so running my E7400 at 4.1GHz until it dies would be a great help for now. But it takes MASSIVE voltages for this to happen--1.45 bios. If this kit would help I'll buy it and get the rest of the stuff I need later.

There was a loop for 80 bucks here in the fs section but it's gone already.

it's allright if you use an extra rad on it and you can use another waterblock down the road, some are known to leak but they can be avoided with a few changes to it ( like I did with mine,

if you are interested I have one for sale that was only use for around 2-3 months, id do it for $60 shipped, it has extrabards and unused tubing, unused waterblock and leak prevention)

Big Water is notorious for leaking, and high end heatsinks can match or outperform it. Try to do a custom build, as it will perform much higher and is much less likely to leak. If you must buy a kit, buy one from swiftech or petra's tech shop.

I was able to fit water cooling parts in my mid tower; I'm using the Ultra Grid right now. I got a MCR220-Res built in with YL fans in push and pull mounted by a radbox to the back. I'm using the cpx-pro pump and an enzotech sapphire for a waterblock. I got these used from here and ebay, so it came out to like $120 total for my water cooling setup. That's about 20 more than you said the bigwater was, and a setup like that would easily accommodate the heat load for your processor, and can be mounted externally via the radbox. It easily fits in a mid tower, and beats the bigwater by a longshot.

Yeah I remember seeing a few threads about it being such a piece of...lame.

None of the monster air coolers fit my case though--only the Mudgen 2. Figured if I could throw a kit in there it would be better. Saw the low price and got excited...

What exactly are you selling doctor..? That Big Water..? Something you built..?

If it's the Big Water I'll have to pass. Seeing these responses kinda brought me back down to Earth.

Edit: Okay guys...thanks for all of your responses. Seriously. When it comes to water I'm taking you guys word for this believe me. Back to the Google board....

Air cooling > big water... But... Take a look at petra's site... They offer some kits that are reasonably priced and perform well too.
