think this is polite enough ? : as I found i only got 1 meter of tubing while I really bought 4 meters : 1/2" ID - 3/4" OD Tygon R3603 Hose

if I can can i have my 4 meters of tygon tubing cause i paid for 4 meters in my international order.

As i can see you people of WCUK had no idea how muchi had cause the WCUK cart did not say the amount of meters :

but as i see if you people of WCUK had recalculated the cart you would found that i have bought 4 meters of tubing instead of 1.
I really waited long for this package and as you can see time is money sure for you people who make business.
I who waited 2 weeks for this package and still need to be waiting for my 90 degrees rotation compression fittings.
If i can can i have really fast my 2 rotation + my 4-3 meters tubing but i prefer 4 meters cause this 1 meter is actually useless now and i cant make use for it.
I who people of WCUK owe is 4 meters of Tygon tubing and 2 rotary 90degrees compression fittings.

Indeed, we will be doing.

You sent the e-mail at 19:52 on Friday which means no one was in the office to read your e-mail until today (Monday), most online retailers don't work weekends as the majority of couriers don't either.

Unfortunately I wasn't in the office today (long weekend in Oxford ) so I've literally just picked it up off my colleague as soon as I've got back, thank god for remote desktop!

We'll ship the additional tubing out with the compression fittings as requested in your e-mail and you'll receive tracking information as soon as it's been dispatched like the original order
I apologise for the error, it's partly down to the current site software as it's not configured 100% for international orders however the new site which is going live before Xmas will have this fixed.

I don't know why anyone hasn't said anythig yet but I find the title of this thread to be rude and inexcusable. Just because they made a mistake doesn't give you the right to tell people never to order from them again. I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way, even though I've never done business with them.. If I was the owner of the company i'd b pretty angry that a 13 year old is ruining potential business just because they made a mistake which the op later admits is partly his fault.

And another thing is that the op posted this days after he received his parts, I remember seeing pictures posted days ago with the tubing, but the fact that he sent the email over the weekend and wasn't satisfied so he had to slander the company before he even gave them a chance to get back to him.

Do I really need to get into ethics with a 13 year old? Will it even help?
