Hi,
I'm currently running (what I think are) very good temps on air : CPU : 19/26 GPU : 29/32 Chipset : stays at 32-35 most of the time Case : very cold. I'd reckon about 15? Maybe? Should I bother watercooling or is it best to stay on (very loud) air? L

Those are really GREAT temps so you shouldn't really need to upgrade to water.

i use to have like 6 case fans 2 intake and 4 out and is louds even tho 4 of them is 120, i change to watercooling like 6 months ago and belive me it cool better and not as louds... or you could say not louds at all!!
the idle may be higher than air but full load will be lower!! the reason i change to water is when i use air i cant keep the cpu speed @ 2.6 for too long. let say after i play game for an hours it get too hot and reboot, and after i installed watercool i never have that happen again. is not that hard to set it up and lots of upgrade option!! for me i am looking for a better rad and pump, if you do get watercool make sure you get a good pump and at least 2x120 radiatior

Thanks.I'm very new to this (only took delivery of my rig a week and a half ago) but I've already started footling with DIY cooling - fortunately I live in Ireland and ducting cold air in from outside has dropped temps by + - 10C...now to eliminate that dead spot in my CPU with one of those nice Zalman coolers with heatpipes and the fan perpendicular to the MOBO. Also, what's the maximum Vcore of a 3200? With 1.525 @ 19C, I should be able to go more? (I hit 12C once . That was stock voltage and speeds :P)L

And ****, Ireland gets cold. My room is noticably colder than the rest of the house - I'll get a thermometer, one second. It's not uncomfortably cold, I'd say at most 25*

FEED THE BEAST WITHIN!!!

The second summer comes around you will be looking at alot higher temps. The outside air ducting is a fun idea, but it is alot of money to spend for 3-6 months of nice temps plus I'm sure it is bring your heating bill up too
