Ok so I am going to be rebuilding my wc setup when I change cases and have wondered about a new radiator.
__________________The 77 bonny I have seen used here and it fits dual 120mm fans which is what I'm looking for. Is there any more similar in size to this that people have used and are these made from aluminum or copper?

It's made of both aluminum and copper. HERE is a nice site that shows a bunch of different heatercores. Why would you want a different heatercore then the Bonneville? It works great and is the perfect size for 2x120.

yes....theres the black ice...it also comes in 3x120mm and theyre all copper

There's plenty of radiators out there. Here's a link of a radiator roundup conducted by procooling:
