OK guys, found out Tap Plastics ((Plastic fab store)) wants to much money to make the base for my radiator. I Will have to order another shroud from DD.
__________________My question: I am currently running my P4 3.4 @ 4.081mhz with my Xp90 Running my ram @ 240mhz x 17. Temps are as follows: 30c idle- 42c load. I only have one shroud to mount 2 120mm fans pulling 78CFM each to cool the rad. Adding 2 more when i get the other shroud. I want to start converting to water cooling. Are the 2 120mm fans going to be adequate to cool my CPU and GPU? Or should i wait for my other shroud? Pic here

I only have 2 fans on my rad and it's fine. I'm getting 22-25 idle and 32-35 full load with a 25% OC. As my AS 5 cures it will get better too. So I would say one shroud is fine. If you don't think so make your own. It's fun and it's cheaper.
