Would a Mag 5 be better than the Danger Den DD12V-D5 Pump ???

I don't think so... but that's just my opinion. A DC pump lasts longer, is quieter, and has a higher head rating. That's looks better to me.

I'm looking around but I can't remember where I saw it. Anyway is you're going the Black Ice route, go with the Xtreme instead of the Pro. Actually you're better off getting a heater core if you want performance over looks. Check out this review here, they test a bunch of radiators heads up including a heater core and BIX.

I would go for the heater core (dual) but the looks kinda drive me away from it

That's easy to fix. Mask off the fins, and then spraypaint the outside black with high-gloss spraypaint. Remove masking tape, and you're all set.

great idea actually, i might be doing that too. I know a friend that paint as a hobby, mabey he could do that for me.

Also, do i need a fan shroud or can i mount the fans without it?

Yup, that is the best way to do it, but I used duct tape because it has a larger serface area, and I used the same paint that I used to re-paint my case, so the heatercore matches perfectly with the case.
