The Swiftech D5 is $80 and thats just outrageous to me. Is there a pump that would consider "best-bang-for-bucks"???

That DD D5 has the best head rating around for the money. It's the best watercooling pump around arguably. High head rating, with an adjustable pot for noise. Flow rate does not really matter, as most watercooling setups flow 6 GPU tops.

best pump for the money would be the hydor i would guess at around 40-50 bucks for a decent one. best pump is a different question but the hydors have good flow and head.
