I have read several of the threads on watercooling. I thought it was an expesive and adventurous challenge. But, after a little research I have found this kit:

this will be excellently suited for your purposes if you want to spen under 200. If you think you can set it up yourself go for it.
__________________If this is your first and you want the benefits of w/c without the hassels of having to do it all yourself, try the koolance aquian systems. They are mudular setup and soo easy. Might make your mid tower cramped but great performance too.
