Have you guys heard of this?

I dont think it could perform too well,the TEC's would be totally ineffecient as there can only be 2 things cooling their hot side.
Heatsink Recycled Water A heatsink wouldnt provide sufficient temps on the cold side and recycled water would make the system work harder to cool double heated water. But no,i havnt heard of it. :P
