Default Taking off my CoolerMaster R80...

To start off, I bought this computer back a couple months ago when I new almost nothing about them. So, I didn't build it, (I know, I know), I bought it from IBUYPOWER.com and ordered water cooling. They installed the Cooler Master R80 watercooling setup. Well, after ocing my cpu and having to use the highest available vcore (1.45v ) my temps started rising to way too high of temps under load (like 50*+ sometimes) so I decided some AS5 could probably drop the temp a few degrees. So, a couple of days ago I opened up my case and I realized the screws for the water cooling waterblock were about halfway the waterblock. I tried for about half an hour with various size screw drivers, and could not for the life of me turn the screw at all. So, I took a couple picture and hope the great guys from overclock.net can help me out or at least give me some ideas on how to unscrew this.

Your right. Its a pain in the butt. I have a Typhoon which is much mounted like yours. The only way to do it without taking the MOBO out is to lay the comp on the side.
Get a LONG Thin Flat blade screwdriver.
Attack it at an angle and turn it a quarter turn at a time.
Be careful not to let it slip off and hit the Mobo.

The only other way is to remove the MOBO, and attack it from the sided with a needle nose pliers.

Had to take the mobo out of the case to take off the heatsink, that was a pain, but it dropped my cpu idle temp about 4 degrees. I havent tested load yet, but will soon. On the AS5 website it says it takes 200 hours for it to "break in", is that with the computer on or off?

That would be with the computer on, it take a long time for this stuff to settle but once it does it will drop your temps a few degrees even more.

Good luck and thats a nice looking system you got there.

Yeah...i love my system...but the only bad thing is that my stupid mobo will only let me raise my vcore to 1.45v!! So until I do a vcore mod the ocing won't be too great.
