all your parts seem to be compatible
a heatercore would probably be a cheaper alternative to the swiftech radiator
for the hose clamps i would get about 20, just in case you break one or 10
your system should be good to go

Don't get the Swiftech GPU block!!! It dosn't mount easily to Nvidia cards, and it has 3/8" fittings (so you need a 3/8 to 1/2 fitting, which will take up a lot of room). Go with either a Maze4 GPU or NV60 GPU block.

yeah i agree on the rad, get something a bit cheaper. also jab tech has clearflex for .89 per foot when you buy 10 feet, that will save a couple bucks.

i think the 77 bonneville from autozone or whereever is the double heatercore and proabaly under $25.

Oh, and about those plastic clamps... I had one of those break on me (ripped in half due to pressure), and I had fluid leak all over my waterblock, but good thing my rig wasn't turned on. Instead of nylon clamps, get worm drive clamps. They will hold forever, and they are waaay more ajustable.

zip ties are super cheap and work very well. the worm drive clamps can crush your tubing slightly i hear.

Ok, so my fixes are:

-No swiftech VGA block, get a different one.

-Different heater core: Is a autozone version as effective at cooling?

-Different hose clamps: metal screw ones

-Investigate cheaper tubing

Some questions: Is that 'non conductive' coolant worth the price, and does it work?

its not an "autozone version" but it is sold at automotive stores such as autozone, schucks, etc... remember, its a car heatercore, its very efficient

Do you have to get special adaptors so the tubes fit? Do they sell them at autozone, or another local hardware?

Is this a good heater core?
http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...-core-fan.html

Do you know the name of that heater core?

Thanks

You want a 77 pontiac bonneville heatercore without A/C. That's the one you linked. I have one and so does basically everyone else. *edit* You will have to chop off the ends with a hacksaw or dremel, and then heat up the end of your tube in hot water then slide it over the top. Make sure you sand where you made the cut so your tubing dosen't get sliced.

Zipties or those nylon clamps will be fine. I use them on mine without problems. The metal worm drives are expencive and can cut your hose.

Masterkleer is a great tubing. It dosn't stain from antifreeze or dye and it's cheap.

The Danger Den MAZE 4 is a great VGA Block. You'll also need ramsinks for your video card memory. I have a brand new one for cheap...PM me if you like.
