Hey everyone, I got some parts in the mail today and I am wondering if someone can help me out with my heatercore situation. Its on page 3 of my worklog but I'll post it here too. My barbs are different sizes, one fits my 1/2 ID tubing nicely after i heated it in water for a while but the other is bigger. Do I need to dremel this part off? Please look here or above for pics. You can post on this thread or my worklog doesn't matter to me

P.S. - Please leave comments in my worklog if you like what you see or have questions!

yep...chop that off and you are good to go. Heat the end of your tubing up in warm water then slide it over. Make sure not to get metal shavings in it and sand the edges so you don't cut your tubing.

The same thing he said. Cut them down and use a hair dryer to warm the tubing up. It will slip on much easer.
