If you want us to see the parts you chose, you need to show each link individually.

CPU Block: Apogee, $50
GPU Blocks: Maze4 x2 $90
Ram Sinks: Monster BGA, x2 $25
Pump: DD-D5 $75
Rad: Dual Heater Core, $35
Tubing: Tygon, $3.25 pf
Res: $25
I think I am under your budget, and these parts are garanteed to be much better than those, especially the Tt blocks.

You may need the clamps, but I have seen many people use zipties. Just make sure the tube won't come off the barbs.
As for taking the mobo out, I am afraid you will have to with most any block. But it will be well worth it.

If you are looking to save some money and you primary concern is not appearance, you can get clamps and tubing at Home Depot for much cheaper. 10' of 1/2ID, 3/4OD clear tubing is $3.99 and a bag of ten #5 hose clamps was $4.50. Also the best resivoir is going to be the largest. I suggest saving some money and buying a rubbermade food container (1 gal) then you can get some hose barbs from home depot and mod the food jar (using a dremel) and whalla you have a $4.00 resivoir. The heatercore is the way to go for the radiator. It is the cheapest and performs the best. You can use Snerps link to get the Apogee for $40 shipped. If you want some powerful fans for your radiator, the MASSCOOL 120mm 96CFM are great. Only 5.99 at newegg.com, but the are load. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835150052

*I would be interested in selling my custom setup, with the same setup as stated above, I have the Swiftech MCP655 / DD D5 (samething) pump (317GPH). Just PM me if you are interested.
