As for the pumps that you're looking at, the head pressure on all of them kinda sucks. Unless you're doing a very small loop, as in just cooling your cpu, and have a small radiator, you won't have optimal cooling. The head pressure is really what drives the liquid in your system, so you want to have good head pressure to have good temps. The best pump I've found is the Swiftech mcp355-it has great head pressure, and is still very small. I've got one, and it stays relatively quiet, and I have everything being watercooled-my cpu, mobo, and gpu. If you wanna spend even less, if you find an mcp350, you can solder-mod it into a 355, and a 350 can be found for 30-$45. It will be a tad bit louder, but it still gets the job done. If you're looking on how to solder-mod a 350, here's a link:

Personally, I have the Koolance 350AC, and it does great. I didn't do too much research before I bought it, but the Heatkiller 3.0 seems to be a pretty popular heatsink. If you can afford it, I'd suggest that one. You get what you pay for...
