Almost done with it all, the pump will be in somtime this month. as for a cooler, i was thinking the junkyard and some clr.

Have you looked at buying a heater core from Napa, Autotown, etc. I think they are like $20 or so. I don't think that is an area you want to skimp on. You could make a shroud, pick up four fans, and have it done for $35. Looking at doing this myself. Good luck.
