Bah? I assume you wrap the threaded barb with this stuff, then screw it in? Confirmation on this?

You can put it on every barb, it wouldnt hurt. And it works, I was a pipefitters helper for a few months. You just wrap it around the threads a few times so it stays on, and always counterclockwise so that it doesnt come off when ur screwing it on

Yeah, I did the thread seal stuff on my resevior, but I broke one of the seal caps. I have it closed with hot glue... I think that'll hold up. :withstupi
