Look again, and you'll see that he said 29C load, overclocked.

yeah i didnt think that was a big deal, its 90nm and a venice, but no my radiator is not outside the window, but i guess it helps i live in wisconsin up northern US maybe...but yeah i get about 29-30 load and 23 idle

Thanks for setting me straight. Man, idling at room temperature overclocked sure sounds good to me, but I know I have a lot to learn.
