No matter how tight I make the fitting on top it still leaks a little bit. I have it really tight with the gasket. What can I do to make it stop leaking?

is that a zip tie????lol thats your problem.... you cant get a ziptie very tight, you need the little steel hose clamps... http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/mer...duct_Code=9340
go to your local hardware store to get some!

Thats not where the leak it though. the leak is between the wall of the pump and the bottom of the fitting
EDIT: eh now that I look at is closer that might be where the leak is

Clamp time. Just don't tighten the clamp too much, or it will cut your tube.

ya like deville said if its a thread problem, go get some teflon tape and wrap it around the threads a few times tightly, then screw back in and problem solved!

Be sure to wrap the tape "counterclockwise" so it stays wrapped as you thread in the barb.
