I get my taps right from the local True Value Hardware store, You can buy them individually as well as the necessary drills.

I wouldn't mind doing it, I may be able to even put a side bevel on to make it look nicer I need to get a router table though, I have a router right now, which isn't too good for small detail work such as this.

I would use no less than 3/8" preferably 1/2"--1/4" will most likely stress crack after a few days--from personal experience. Unless it needs to be clear--metal would probably be better--or some plastic like delrin.

I just need someone to do the parts and give me a price. Also keeping in mind the cost of new water blocks. If I need to mail all the parts I can do that, but first I need someone that will do it for me. I would try myself, but at this time I just don't have any time to myself
