I saw somewhere here a jumper to fire the pump up for the first time...can anyone please point me in the direction of the photo???

Dude, just use a paperclip on the 20/24 pin connecter of the psu, I believe it's the green one near the middle and the nearest black (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
