It's a matter of time when it cracks really, I am just kind of nervous to leave it alone. Eventually in the future I will upgrade to something like a Little Giant or Iwaki, depends what ebay has at the time.

Thanks guys.
HVAC, since you do gas piping (lol, kinda of a guess) I can see you building your own custom phase change kit, since you probably have all the necessary tools and licences.

Next, I am going to have a friend make me a case, I also have to start the insulation around the waterblock, and cover up any extra joints.
In about 2 weeks, this will be hooked up to my computer, with OC results and all those goodies.

Hi Wowza,

I do have all of those tools, etc., but I`m not ready to oc just yet; maybe not at all. I just have too many other things going on to get that involved with oc. I like to help people when I can, though. Actually, I haven`t been involved too much with cascade systems in all my years in the business. Truthfully, I worked on only 3 cascade systems, and they were in labs and already set up. Plus, those systems didn`t have to deal with the types of problems you guys have to figure out. So, in this regard it will be a learning experience for me too.

Humm, that's 3 more cascade systems than I have worked on, I'll give you that

Ok, I worked over the week on insulating the water block, probably the most time consuming task on this build, and easily the hardest. Excessive condensation in this area will only lead to problems, so the most detail must be put into the work. I also wrapped up the pump fittings a little more than before, just making sure that I get little to no condensation.

I got the heater from Drewmeister over at Extreme overclocking forums, great deal for a custom part

Ok, now to the back of the motherboard insulation, first I attach my socket heater that I was waiting for pic. Next, I sprayed on Laquer, this step is optional, but I did it for extra safety. Three coats in total, one lite followed by 2 heavier coats pic. Next, I started to put on a layer of cork tape, horizontally pic. Followed by a layer of foam tape pic. Then I added another layer of foam tape, the other direction pic.

Next up tommrow, I got more work around the CPU socket, working with di-electric grease and my waterblock some.

Looking good mate!! How far is the computer going to be from the chiller? When I was playing with mine I only had a very minimal drop in temps from the pipes being 2 meters long to a rediculous 20 meters or more as I was playing with the garden hose with the chiller in the shed and the rig inside LOL Was getting pretty good flow at the time though. Must have been the full 1600 - 1700 LPH though.
