Hey dsddcd,

Don`t overcomplicate your system, especially on one this small. The difference between one small chiller and another is not enough for minute calculations on such things and gpm, wattage, and temperature drop equations. Just remember these basic parameters; 12,000 BTU= 1 ton of cooling, 1 ton of cooling tranfers heat from 3512 watts of powered devices; and at flow rates as low as you are about to encounter, they can be anywhere from 2.5 to 3 gpm of flow without pressure considerations from the types of pumps provided in the systems you are considering.

I am not fixated on the samll calcs just the Radiator in particular. I have calculated a desired total of 2500 BTU/h from there all I need to do is size a radiator to match. Swtiftech advertises capacity at a stated gpm, cfm and even gives pressure drop. I will pick a pump acourding to there testing for ease. As far a the calcs go I seel industrial refrigeration equipment for a living ranging for 5 ton evporators to 3400 ton condensers and compressors with 1500hp 4160 motors. I look at this stuff everyday and sizing a system such as this is a walk in the park aposed to a 2.5 million cubic ft wharehouse.

Everyone seems to use the Peltier as was stated "direct Die" however I am concerned about condensation near the processor and other complication associated with direct mounting. Unless unwarented I would rather not have to worry about this. Has anyone built a chiller system such as this one and had good results?

Why don't you just build a water chiller?
