Yeah, that site has reviews of Swiftech and Dangerden -- both have kits that are very nice.

If you are really constrained for money, the Thermaltake Bigwater kits are the cheapest decent kits, IMO, but not as good as the above.

if thats ur budget i recommend u to stick with air cooling.
good air cooling is way better than most low end water cooling
to get a good WC u need around 200-300 $ at least
