No, here's a brief technical run down:

Cosworth Performance Engineered Coolant is a corrosion inhibitor concentrate that when mixed at %5 by volume in tap, demineralized, or deionized water, produces an engine coolant with excellent heat transfer characteristics and extended life protection in applications that do not require freeze protection.

The corrosion inhibitor chemistry in Cosworth Coolant does not pre-coat meatl surfaces with a protective film so the excellent thermal efficiency associated with bare metal to coolant conatact is maintained throughout the service interval. The anti-corrosion additives reside in solution and react only when and where corrosion is initiated.

Cosworth Coolant technology is comprised of a balanced mixture of organic corrosion inhibitors, generically termed "organic acid thecnology" or OAT. It does not contain 2-ethylhexanoic acid (2-EHA) which is associated with gasket deterioration, nor does it contain any form of Glycol. It does not contain any amine, borate, nitrite, phosphate or silicate corrosion inhibitors. There is no possibility of adverse water pump seal wear and pumps are expected to have a correspondingly longer life. The all-organic system also protects against cavitation erosion in water housings and on pump impellers.
This inhibitor package provides appropriate corrosion protection for all system metals including copper, solder, brass, cast iron and aluminum. It can be mixed with glycol to provide freeze protection.
