Default MAZE 4 GPU TEC block

Has anyone used this...it seems like a great cooling solution for the price since you dont need to buy all the stuff separate.

Wondering if anyone has had any experience using this block in their WC setup

TEC's are good but they are a lot of work. You need to get a power supply to run that TEC and the PSU needs to be 24V which means you need to run two PSU's together or get a native 24V like a Meanwell. Also, you'll need to insultate the card like you would a phase change. If you can do all of the above, it will work very well. I'd get a TEC for the CPU too though, not just the GPU. It doesnt seem worth the work to just get a TEC for the GPU.

Does it come with the TEC though? From what I could find it doesn't, just says compatible with up to a 40mm TEC.

You don't need a 24v psu for it either. Some TEC's are 24v, yes. And to run a 24v TEC at its max you would need a 24v PSU. However, TEC's have a tendency to be more efficient if you run less than max volts to them, like half the max. so a 12v psu would be fine for a 24v TEC. The thing to do would be to get a large TEC (wattage, volts wise) so running it at half would be efficient and powerful.
Now for that block a 40mm TEC will most likely be 12v, so you could run 6v to it and it would work fine. A TEC that small with that little voltage, you may be able to run it on your rigs PSU and not need a seperate dedicated one.
Converse with Pinhead-227, he is nearly the resident expert on TEC cooling by now.
