the storm is a block best suitable for loops that have a high flowrate and high pressure, a.k.a. a 1/2" ID system powered with a Laing D5 pump or something more powerful than that

while the apogee is a block designed for lower flow and lower-pressure systems due to its much less restrictive nature when compared to the storm

but as far as the sake of dual core goes as well as pricing, the Apogee is definitely your best bet

If you get an Apogee it comes with brackets for all sockets
