I really don't know where to begin, but I'm thinking about building a water cooling system. For a price range of about $200 or so, what kind of temps do you think I could get? Also, could you provide me with a list of parts I would need to get me started?

From what I can tell from a number of users on the forum, the Big Typhoon is a great kit to get, and there are a lot of options. This is probably the best kit to buy in your price range, and they seem to perform quite well (and from the look of your components, they would probably give you sweet temps).
EDIT: its not big typhoon, its BIG WATER. Sry.!

I don't currenly have a full $200. I have about $120, but I'll have $200 soon. I'm just not sure whether i want to save it for a video card or a water cooling system. I'm trying to get an idea of what I could get and what kind of temperatures I would get if I did go for a water cooling setup.

10 to 15 degrees over ambient under load is considered good, You could get that easy with a custom setup or a high end commercial kit.

definately build a WC setup... you canget a pretty sweet one for $200. you can save a good bit of money by buying things at local stores...
such as: the resivoir can be made out of a tupperware container. tubing can be found by the foot at your local hardware store as well as all clamps and glue. radiator can be bought at local car parts store... get a 77 bonneville heater core
