Here are some in voyeurmods & here is the DD heatercore . It seems to me that the heatercores are HUGE. I'm not sure what modle to get either. Also, am I better of getting my heatercore from the local autozone. If so what kind of heatercore should I get and from what car?

Lots of stuff is on my mind, so please respond back fast!

It's stickied. If size is an issue go with the single core, they're still good but a little smaller.

yep, if you have the tools and the know-how to mod it yourself it's definately the better deal to buy one from the autozone and mod it yourself. if not, then they're still a decent deal to buy a pre-modded one.

did you already order the heater core? and I think that a via aqua 1300 would do just as good a job as that pump for half the money. fstfreddy posted a faq on how to mod the pump too.

Here is the proper mod for a heatercore. If you have one with a 3/4" full length tube then you turn down one of the fittings in a drill press and slip it inside the tube.

Acually it is pretty easy. The DD fan shrouds makes it as easy as possible.

Heater core suggestion: 77 Pontiac dual heater core all the way!

Hmm, already help you on aim enough, but here goes Pump depends on blocks. Your blocks don't seem to be that restrictive so if you want something cheap i'd reccomend going with a csp mag or something to that effect for around $50. Quite a small pump with a good amount of head and flow. For radiator, http://www.directron.com/icepro3.html

I saw that rad yesterday. it looks nice, I was wondering how it would fair up against a 77 bonneville heater core

The heatercore spanks the rad. There's been reviews all over the place that shows that the heater core is pretty much the best you can get for the computer (unless you want to use a transmission cooler, which is about 15 times the heater core's size. Might as well use a car radiator lol!
