I dont get it He's using a radiator to control the temp from going below zero?

Why would he not want subzero temps? if he didn't...he coulda just used a really good radiator and tossed the phase unit...that's retarded.

Well, his water temp is around 10c. i say that's pretty good temp on cooling every component
