I dont get it He's using a radiator to control the temp from going below zero?

Why would he not want subzero temps? if he didn't...he coulda just used a really good radiator and tossed the phase unit...that's retarded.

Well, his water temp is around 10c. i say that's pretty good temp on cooling every component

EDit: His Gpu Load temp is 16c

Not really, my water is sitting at room temp (70F) and I have a 50C load. It all has to do with the efficiency of the block, and the bigger temperature differential between the water and the heat source. The greater differential, the greater heat transfer.
