Hey all, I hope someone will be kind enough to answer this for me.
__________________I've ordered myself all the bits I need for a computer, including a Athlon 64 4400+ X2 processor and a Asus A8N32-deluxe mobo (socket 939). I want to get water cooling for the CPU to start with and I wanted to know what cpu water blocks can I use? If a cpu water block says it supports socket 939, does that mean it will work on a dual core? Now I'm pretty sure you only need one cpu water block right? Confusion hit me after looking at Swiftechs website mentioned having to get 2 apogee blocks to support dual core. Will a kit like this work for my X2 processor? http://www.overclock.co.uk/product.p...view=rel&page= Thanks in advance! Mori

Yes, you only need one waterblock for a dual core. But, I would look around for a kit with an Apogee because it is much better than that one in your link. Btw, welcome to the forums!

yeah, that apex ultra kit is a great one! I pieced together a custom setup that I should hopefully be installing within a couple days (still waiting for parts) but I used an apogee block.
