PolarFLO TT Series CPU Limited Edition Solid Copper water block
__________________Alphacool Laing DDC- 1 Plus 12volt Pump Black Ice Extreme II Radiator (3/8" Hi-Flow Fittings) You could go either way for the tubing size, up to you, 1\2 inch or 3\8. A bigger size is handy for flow and if you are looking at going more full on in the future like maybe a TEC it will be better. Radiators are also very inportant but for just a single cpu application a single 120 mm fan radiaator should be fine but dual 120mm fans would be better of course (or more). As for having a reservoir that is up to you, they are not generally needed all the time.

Case size is in attachment, how big radiator can fit internally? The giant orange thing is the big typhoon...

You are looking a little pushed for room there, as mentioned you might be able to squeeze a little rad in there. A res is not absolutely needed but can be handy when filling up the system and getting it primed. It also helps to keep an eye on ya levels of liquid which when the system is filled and running is not really an issue, maybe once every 6 months to a year or so, depending on your enviroment I suppose.

if you get a swiftech radbox rev. 2 it will support a double or tripple rad... or even a double heater core like I'm using

Hmmn, I think I will get a new case before then. Im loving the looks of the Nzxt Lexa. Now, you can get one with pre installed watercooling or without, here are the two links.
