Just wanted to chime in here on one thing, you will most likely not get 3.0ghz on that 3800+ X2. I don't think I've seen anyone reach that high, seems 2.8-2.9 at the most.

That kit does look quite good...rather tempted but im still going for that case I think. I may custom build a watercooling set when I get some more money after I get the case I think

i found another tt water cooling kit, where the tank is the same size as a cd drive so it fits in a spare 5.25 drive bay so all you have is 1 rad at the back
