Quick answer: No.

If you intend to watercool your CPU, then you are better off building your own. If this product is around ~$80 USD, then it may be suitible, temporarily. This product certainly doesn't have the overclocker/gamer in mind.

I highly suggest you build your own. if your price range is around 80 then there is a decent custum setup for sale in the sale/trade section.

A good WC kit will run anywhere between $200-$300

a lot of money typically goes into a good pump, and you should spend a good chunk on it since that's what powers your WC system

I would list it as such in priority

1. Pump - your WC'ing needs to run right?
2. Rad / Heatercore - not much improvement over air if you have a crappy one
2.5. Water Blocks - close to the priority of the Rad but in turn they do the same and its personal preference
4. Res/fans/tubing/clamps/UV lights/ and of course Water - this is where all the little things add up

if you want a kit then go w/ a swiftech apex ultra, but that'll cost you about $250. for that price you could do this:

swiftech apogee block $45
double heater core (already modded) or tripple rad $35
via aqua 1300 $30
bay res $30
10' masterkleer tubing $5
1 gal. distilled water <$1
additive of your choice <$10
zip ties $7

total of about $160 shipped.
