just to remind you... you'll only need to use the MCT40 or the water/zerex solution.

are you going for an internal or external setup? I forget...

this is the tubing I got
http://jab-tech.com/Masterkleer-Tubi...D-pr-3079.html
7/16" ID gives a more uniform tubing ID since 1/2" barbs have about 7/16" ID. I just warmed up the tubing and it slid right over. it's also very clear and looks good w/ the zerex and blue uv dye I chose.

lol... well for an internal setup w/o lots of room you may want to go w/ a t-line. if you have an extra drive bay then you could do a single bay res. A T-line would probably be the easiest. you could get a dd fillport and just drill a hole on the top of your case for a nice finished look and easy filling.

is this your case?
http://www.a-top.com/xblade/xblade.html

doesn't look like there's much room to fit your heater core in the case. You'd have to do an external setup or mount it on the top or rear of your case like I did.

just wanted to give you an update... got the first coats of paint on your heater core and I sanded the rough spots so depending on weather (supposed to thunderstorm tomorrow) I'll try to get it all done tomorrow so it can be shipped as soon as I get that money order
