Try removing your sidepanel, while keeping everything in the case, just for a test, lets see how the airflow and temps change.

Reseated CPU block and temps dropped to 29C-30C idle. Not really sure what happened ((maybe block to tight))

The second time i had to redo complete system, because i was not happy with results. ((crappy hose))

The third time:
I was changing a fan in the case, not being careful about wire management and the sleeving i did to the harness touched one of the ram sinks on my board and melted Poooof Fried board.

So i learned thru all this, to take my time. Rushing to get it done only wastes my time by having to do it over.

Sorry for rambling on

Okay I managed to get my hands on Artic Silver Premium Ceramic Polysynthetic Thermal Compound.
I heard its a cheaper substitute for AS5 but how much better? Should I just I just pay 5 extra bucks and get as5 instead of this?

I am willing to bet you put to much thermal grease on your processor. You want a very small amount (about .003 inches in thickness).

Nah the stuff is barely on there and I use my finger in a baggy to spread it arround.
I also just got a second 120mm/85cfm (the brand is Adda, got them from my local PC building shop) so that I have air blowing from inside the case into the rad thats outside and then another 120mm ontop of that rad also blowing outwardsas well.
But even with a reseating, another 120mm I get nothing, its very fustrating!!!

Also since I cant take pictures here is a little MSPaint layout of my wc setup that might help things out.

put your pump lower than everything else...
i.e. bottom of your case or on the floor...

Try really tightening those bolts, from what I've seen/read you really need to tighten them suckers down. I had a similar problem installing a W/C kit on a friend's computer. It's pretty hard to get the waterblock on their without getting air bubbles underneath, and ever more so to tighten the bolts, I though I was gonna break the damned thing.

I am running the same pump with almost a 1 ghz overclock 3.89, w/1.55 vcore
I am idling at 35 and prime at most 42.

It may be you radiator and make sure everything is bled, But you need to seat your waterblock properly.

Also you need to put that pump on the bottom, they are not designed to suck water, they are circulation pumps and need to be fed water IE:lowest point.
