Anti freeze does not cool, it prevents freezing and corrosion.
All you need is an anticorrision additave or just 10-20% Automotive coolant.
I'm sure if your patient the WC Experts can tell you what anticorrosive to get!

I use about a 5% zerex additive for anti-corrosion

Currently I'm looking into what will reduce the viscosity of water, it reduces the pressure needed to force the water through all the components of a watercooled loop...So far there's nothing.

The addition of anitfreeze actually does have the effect of breaking water tension (ethylene glycol) But it does not physically lower temps but mearly makes the water less viscous increasing flow (slightly)

Edit: This link explains some of the science involved http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/redtech3.htm

Just have to see it from a PC cooling perspective
