So I am getting my BIX III. I will be posting Temp Differences when I install it tonight.

Other gear I'm rocking:

Ehiem 1250
Swiftech Apogee
DD MAZE 4
Cooling with MCT-5

Double Core Load is 38C at 2.64Ghz with my Bonneville HC.

I am so excited! No more upgrades after this...I swear

The BIX III is class, I've one in my Stacker as well

Where are you going to put it out of interest? I enlarged the hole in the bottom of the case and put it there.

Honestly, I am pretty certain that you won't see a change within 2C either way. Most people's water temps are within room temp of 1 or 2 C, so it's not gonna affect your loop that much.

It's nowhere near 38C in my room. I live in Washington. At its warmest my room is 75F. You might be right, but at least this way I can have it inside my case. I'm tired of almost getting my toes chopped off by the fans.

I'll be putting it in the front. I've got my HD in a Zalaman Cooler so I ditched that huge 3.5 box so I've got a ton of room. I'm also switching to a T-line tonight so I will be rid of my DD res (I really hate that thing).

Anyways I hope burn is wrong (even though he probably isn't). It could be that I messed up when had to re attach the pipes on the HC after pulling them off when trying to sweat on fittings Oh well, you live and learn.

i doubt you will see much improvement, as heatercore cooling truly is top-notch...especially if you have your fans in a good configuration.

you should be happy that you have so cheap door to door delivery like you do there in USA.. here in norway, sending a package only to your local post office costs loads

I would like to bring down my load temps more than anything and that's where I'll see the temp difference if any at all. My tubing will also be shorter and routed a lot better. Also with the rad in the case I'll have all three of those fans blowing back on the system and I can have that vented out the back and top of the case bringing a ton of air-flow to the rest of the system.

I got the Rad for $50 with 3 Delta fans, which is a steal. Like I said I'll be able to install it in my case, be able to hook it up to my fan controller, and then I will be able to fold at night because the fans won't keep me up.

So even though it might not make a huge difference on my temps just by attaching it to the system, everything else will make a difference in system temps and in my everyday use.
