this whole plan sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.. good hose is like $12 at most, im sure you can splurge... and how big are these cores? i mean a dual 120mm rad is easy enough for most applications, theres just no reason to go "huge" just cause thats how you do things?

I would skip the aluminum rads and go with the copper heatercore, a Bonneville core and two 120s are all you need.

Actually motorcycle radiators have been used to good effect--oil coolers are well suited to the flow rates in WC loops. I think a rigid system would work fine and be a cool mod--that clear PVC you link is better than acrylic in the long run--although to say acrylic degrades and falls apart is ridiculous. Since PVC is made of a vinyl it is somewhat more resistant to shattering than a polycarbonate material. Acrylic has the asty habit of stress-cracking when drilled or tapped--which the vinyls do not.

Don't much care for the pump you are choosing--I would recommend you do a little more research and find a pump with more suitable characteristics.

There is a valid reason why mag pumps like the D5 are being used in these applications.
